With over ten years of all-encompassing experience gleaned from extensive exposure to the IT industry, Randall Agee gained the skills and expertise to effectively form a successful offshore staffing firm. Having obtained his MIS degree at the University of Texas – Arlington in 2000, he has since then developed a career in IT-related fields, working for over seven years as a consultant to different firms in and around Norman, Oklahoma.

In his search for the most cost-effective means of web development, Randall discovered the world of outsourcing. In August 2009, he started Allshore Global Resources, to provide offshore staffing at an affordable cost. His unique business model not only safeguards his U.S. clients from outsourcing's inherent flaws, it also severely limits clients' exposure to the common drawbacks that plague this otherwise wonderful resource.

Randall has also served in the Texas Air National Guard and was promoted to the rank of Captain before retiring in 2002. He now resides in Norman with his wife and three children.

As a veteran of the United States Air Force, with 16 years of IT industry experience, Bryan Rudd offers a vast knowledge of IT infrastructures and network security. He graduated from Utah Valley University with a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Science.

Bryan joined Allshore as the company's first sales person in January 2010. Due to company growth, he was soon promoted to the Vice President of Operations, where he can further contribute to expansion.

Bryan currently resides in Slaughterville, with his high school sweetheart, now wife of 20 years, and two children.

Graduating from Oklahoma State University in the School of Journalism, Tara Lloyd received a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Production. Through over eight years of experience in her field, Tara has worked extensively in client relations, journalism and marketing, by employment within these industries throughout both high school and college.

After relocating to Norman in June 2010, she began working with Allshore in July as the first Account Executive. In early 2011, Tara was promoted to the position of Client Relations Manager. As CRM, she managing incoming accounts, as well as overseeing project management, communication and client satisfaction, to ensure continued quality service for all Allshore clientele. Additionally, Tara facilitates various overseas internal processes, including all establishment of developer to client interaction, English training and Employee of the Month.

When she is not contributing to Allshore, Tara is an avid baker and party organizer for friends and family.  Currently, she is the planning her biggest party for 2012--her wedding.

Terry Hale graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.  With over ten years of retail and customer service experience, including three of those years in management at one of the nation's most beloved retailers, Terry has learned valued skills to provide the best customer experience and service.

In May 2011, Terry joined Allshore as Director of Sales. He is currently the leader and mentor to Allshore's sales team, where he ensures all business relationships with Allshore begin with the most positive sales experience.

Terry currently resides in Oklahoma City with his wonderful wife and daughter. While not at work or with his family, he can be found wrenching on his car in the garage, while listening to the sportscasts of his favorite baseball team.

Joining Allshore in January 2011, Kelsey Bjornsgaard is a recent graduate of the University of Oklahoma, with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies. With over six years of customer service experience and extensive work in international and domestic conflict resolution, she has learned the skills to effectively manage a wide variety of scenarios.

Working as Account Executive, Kelsey provides daily oversight in communication between clients and developers to ensure quality customer service. She is also actively involved in several overseas processes, such as assisting in scheduling and leading English training.

Kelsey currently resides in Oklahoma City, and when she is not hard at work with Allshore, she plays roller derby and enjoys studying European history.

Graduating with a double major in mathematics and statistics, Nabeel Ilyas continued his education to receive a Masters in Software Engineering. While receiving his education, he participated in a ten-month internship and developed a management information system for his university. Additionally, while working for his university, he worked for many companies on other development work, including mass mail for marketing, point of sale, store management software, customer service relationship management systems, franchise management systems, social network marketing and SEO.

After completing his internship, Nabeel began his professional career working on VB6 and Classic ASP, before switching to .NET (1.0, 1.1, 2.0, 3.0 and 4.0) development. During this time, he developed experience with MSSql, MySql and MSAccess, while working in both applications and web development.

In February 2010, Nabeel joined the team as a senior software engineer. In the same year, he was promoted to .NET project manager, and become Allshore's Development Department Manager in early 2011. His responsibilities include management of all development departments, and reviewing all operations.

Junaid Ali completed his Bachelor of Science in Computer Sciences in 2005. After receiving his degree, he began development in VB6 and work on different point of sales, management information systems and HR systems. Following one year of work with VB6 development, he began working with PHP and open source development.

With more than five years of extensive PHP work, Junaid began working in April 2010 as a senior software engineer and PHP developer for Allshore. He was promoted to PHP project manager after only several months of work. Currently, Junaid oversees all PHP development, and assists in developer and client relationships.

When Junaid is not diligently directing and developing with Allshore, he enjoys playing cricket and watching movies with his friends.

Asad Mahmand's earned his first job in the complex network of ISP, after completing his Master's Degree in Information Technology. Before his work began with Allshore in 2011, Asad worked extensively on technologies related to web hosting, dedicated servers, Asterisk (VOIP), web servers security and streaming servers. He was quickly promoted to the manager of networking, where he manages company-wide IT support.

With over seven years of experience in the IT industry, he enjoys working on Free BSD (a type of UNIX), Red Hat Linux, database, web, DNS and mail servers, firewalls, and routers.

On his days off work, Asad likes to go out with his wife and lovely daughter, or can be found hiking somewhere in the Margalla Hills, Islamabad.

After graduating in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Sciences, Raheel Khokhar received more than eight years of professional experience through a variety of roles and responsibilities. His career constitutes software programming, analysis and design, graphics and multimedia development, desktop publishing, advertisement experiences in team member and lead roles using state-of-the-art technologies.

Raheel started development work with Allshore in May 2010 as a senior software engineer, and after success as a .NET developer, he was promoted to .NET Team Leader in early 2011.

Outside of his career in the software development industry, he is also a professional bodybuilder, and winner of several professional regional bodybuilding competitions.

In 2006, following the completion of his Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences from the University of Windsor, Canada, Ahmed Latif relocated to Toronto to begin his web development career. Primarily working with PHP development, he discovered his fondness for open source projects.

After years of experience, Ahmed began work with Allshore in September 2010 as a senior software engineer. He was promoted to PHP team leader within the following year.

Ahmed enjoys all opportunities to learn new technologies, even when he is not working. Soon to be wed, he spends his time embracing any life opportunities and experiences that he can.
